Entitled
Erich Pius Kaufmann Cervantes is the Notary Public number 31 in San Jose, del Cabo, Baja California Sur. Born in Leon, Guanajuato. Residing in San Jose del Cabo, B.C.S. for more than 12 years and has lived in the State since 1986.
He studied Law in Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, where he concluded his studies in 1983.
He began his practice as an intern and then as a lawyer in Notary Public 63 and 56 of Mexico City and then went on to serve as legal assistant for the General Director of CEMEX (Cementos Mexicanos Group), in the offices of Mexico City, in which he alternated his work as an associate of the law firm Asesoría Especializada, S.C., which was a small law firm that advised important foreign investors with investments in Mexico.

Afterwards, he was named partner of the law firm Ramos Garza, Perez Verdia, Vez y Kaufmann, S.C. and was here where he had first contact with real estate projects in Los Cabos, and on 1986 established his residence in Los Cabos, advising investors in the tourism real-estate field. In 1987, he was named General Director of the Club Cascadas project of Baja California Sur and with other time share developers, funded the Asociacion Sudcaliforniana de Desarrolladores de Tiempo Compartido, A.C., which he was Vice-President and has served as an advisor for many years. Served as a lawyer for many year and in 1999 founded ConsulBaja, S.C., in which he was founding partner and General Director, being an important firm in the state in the counsel of the most important Tourist Developments in Los Cabos. In 2007, he was named President of the Council and General Director of Vista Serena, S de R.L. de C.V., company which since then has been developing one of the most important real-estate projects in the destination and to this day continues to be an advisor. In August 2015, thanks to his professional experience and good reputation was appointed by the then Constitutional Governor of the State of Baja California Sur, as Notary Public number 31 of the State with residency in San Jose del Cabo, B.C.S. in which he has established his office.
